2. Warranty Policy

2.1. Warranty Coverage:

• Warranty periods are as follows:
  • 6 Months (180 Days)
  • 1 Year (350 Days)
  • 2 Years (700 Days)
  • 3 Years (1050 Days)
  • N/W (No Warranty)
• Warranty applies exclusively to manufacturer’s defects. Any damage or defect resulting from:
  • Negligence
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Power fluctuations, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Sabotage or accidents are not covered under warranty.

2.2. Product-Specific Warranty Terms:

• Printers include demonstration cartridges and toners. Warranty will be void if refill or compatible cartridges are used.
• Laptops are covered by a repair warranty only; no replacement warranty is available.
• Software items are sold without warranty or return options.
• Monitors and laptop LCD/LED panels are covered under warranty only for defects involving seven or more dead pixels.
• Every electronic item is provided with a 6-month warranty unless otherwise specified.

2.3. Claiming Warranty:

• Warranty claims require the submission of a valid invoice.
• Any product that has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1. Goods once sold are not returnable unless the product is defective due to a manufacturer’s fault and covered under warranty. 3.2. Software purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. All orders placed through motherboard.lk are subject to acceptance and availability. 4.2. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. 4.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order. Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. SVP Technologies (PVT) LTD is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased product.
• Losses arising due to delays in delivery caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Policy

6.1. We aim to deliver products within the specified time frame. However, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. 6.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. SVP Technologies (PVT) LTD will not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Use of Website

7.1. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. 7.2. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or legal action.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
